About Me

 

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. I received my B.A. in Economics and Mathematics with high honor from Swarthmore College in 2013, and Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University in 2019. My fields of specialization are labor economics, economics of education, and personnel economics.

I am an Associate Editor of Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society.
